To me, fainting is more of a low blood sugar symptom – which can be a part of type 2 diabetes if one is on medication or insulin to lower the blood sugar, and it does its work too well.

Hypoglycemia. You need to eat small protein rich foods at least every 3 hours & stay away from sugary foods & drinks.
